    UNCHAINED is a Haven of Inspiration Signature Experience exploring history, identity and embodied expression.

    Transformative experiences where systems, beliefs, music, movement and art reveal how inherited patterns continue to shape who you are, and create space for conscious choice.

    Throughout the day, you will enjoy a carefully curated selection of experiences, including:

    • The Hidden Architecture Masterclass

    • Embodied movement and dance

    • A nourishing lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day

    Everything is thoughtfully designed to support both individual journeys and collective resonance, allowing participants to feel grounded, seen and connected within a shared field. The language is Papiamentu. 

    This Haven of Inspiration experience is created for 60–100 participants, offering a powerful collective atmosphere while honoring personal expression and depth.

Facilitators Biographies

Natasha Martina-Phelipa is a keynote speaker, facilitator and transformation advisor working at the intersection of strategy, leadership and systemic work.
With more than twenty years of experience in organizational development, change and executive leadership, she supports leaders and individuals at pivotal moments where direction, responsibility and choice come into sharper focus.

In her work, Natasha examines how patterns from the past within families, organizations and leadership cultures continue to influence present-day thinking, decision-making and behavior. By combining systemic insight with strategic clarity, she helps people recognize what keeps them stuck and supports deliberate movement toward their next phase.

Natasha works internationally with executives, professionals, teams and women in transition. She is the founder of Martina Phelipa Coaching & Consulting, including a training center in Curaçao where she designs and facilitates masterclasses on leadership, systemic work and transformation.

She is also the founder of Villa ZEN Haven, an Airbnb location and a curated space for retreats, and co-founder of ZEN Haven Events, where learning, reflection and lived experience intersect.

Pernell Saturnino is an internationally acclaimed percussionist from Curaçao and a leading ambassador of Caribbean rhythms in modern jazz. Deeply rooted in the island’s traditional music, including Tambú, he studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and has collaborated with world-renowned artists such as Paquito D’Rivera, Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis, and Dee Dee Bridgewater.

He won a Grammy Award for Funk Tango (2007), and his work appears on 19 Grammy-nominated recordings, 7 of which received a Grammy Award. In recognition of his cultural impact, he was honored with Curaçao’s highest cultural distinction, the Cola Debrot Prize in 2011.

Bob Harms is a spiritual writer, reflective thinker, and keynote speaker whose work centers on inner healing, resilience, and conscious living. He is the author of more than fourteen prayer books and spiritual reflections, written from a place of lived experience, faith, and deep introspection. His writings speak to themes such as forgiveness, inner peace, letting go of the ego, and finding meaning during life transitions.

Bob is also the founder and voice behind the widely followed Facebook page Loke ami a siña di bida (“What Life Has Taught Me”), a platform for daily spiritual empowerment that reaches thousands of readers across the Caribbean and the diaspora. Through short reflections, prayers, and affirmations, he offers guidance rooted in wisdom, compassion, and emotional honesty.

Drawing from a lifetime of personal growth, cultural insight, and spiritual practice, Bob’s keynote contributions invite audiences into a haven of reflection and inspiration, where silence has meaning, vulnerability becomes strength, and lived wisdom is gently shared to support others on their own path.

Minerva Lauffer is a professional artist and educator, living and rooted in the Caribbean and focusing on the wider world. Her practice operates at the intersection of heritage and contemporary reality, where she consciously blends the old and the new.

She studied at the Curaçao Academy of Fine Arts and at the Minerva Academy of Arts in the Netherlands. Since returning to Curaçao, Minerva has been a pioneer in innovative developments within arts and cultural education, including the development of final and intermediate qualifications for arts education. She also was involved in the design and the development of Culture Studies and Art at UNA.

In addition to her educational practice, she exhibits internationally, with both solo and group exhibitions, including at the Brazilian Biennial and at the Biennial in Santo Domingo. She is one of the members of Kuki & Co which is developing “Sazon” an interactive program about Art and Culture focusing on own identity, culture, history and education in Arts. Her work continues to evolve at the intersection of Art, knowledge, and cultural transformation.
