1. All sales are final
All tickets and registrations for ZEN Haven events are non-refundable. This is due to the intimate and exclusive nature of our events, where each reservation secures a limited space and requires advance commitments from our side (venue, facilitators, materials, catering, etc.)
2. Ticket transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event with the full name and contact details of the new participant.
3. Cancellations bij ZEN Haven events
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, extreme weather, or force majeure), you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date or future event.
ZEN Haven is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel, lodging).
4. Exceptional circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If something truly exceptional arises (e.g., medical emergency, bereavement), please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a fair and compassionate solution.
